*Nominations to Honorary Offices or Council of the FNCI must be in the hands of the Honorary Secretary at least seven days before the date of the Annual General Meeting. Such nominations must be made in writing or by email to honsecretary@fnci.ie and duly proposed by a member and seconded by another member. The consent, in writing, of the candidate to to the nomination must have been obtained.

Following the AGM there will be a lecture by Dr David Caron entitled ‘Sarah Purser and An Tuar Glaoine’. Dr Caron is the editor of the Gazetteer of Irish Stained Glass and author of Michael Healy 1873-1941, An Tur Glaoine’s Stained Glass Pioneer (2023). He has another book forthcoming this year, Dublin Stained Glass- a guide to the finest twentieth-century stained glass. He has a PhD from TCD and was for many years Head of Visual Communication at NCAD. He is a leading authority on Irish stained glass. An Tur Glaoine was the studio where A.E. Child, Michael Healy, Wilhelmena Geddes, Catherine O’Brien and Evie Hone produced some of the finest Irish stained glass for commissions from Ireland, the UK and North America.

The lecture will be followed by a wine reception.
